Aurobora Press occupies an historic fire station, built in 1907 with bricks from the rubble of the Great Earthquake of 1906. The large doors that once served as egress for the mechanical and horse-drawn fire engines are now glass-paned bays that fill the gallery with natural light. The space, with its gleaming wood plank floors and 16 foot ceilings, blends the charm of old San Francisco with the sophistication of contemporary art. Interior walls are either exposed brick or sheet-rocked and painted crisp white. With its relaxed yet stylish setting, Aurobora Press lends itself to any type of reception, from an elegant sit-down dinner to a casual cocktail party. With its picturesque location on San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Yacht Club is the premiere site for your meeting or banquet. Two rooms are available and each can be set up to fit your organization's needs. The Commodore Room is on the upper level and can accommodate up to 140 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 200 guests for meetings. From the dining room your guests will be treated to a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the East Bay, and Marin County. The Green Room

The Green Room, located on the second floor of the Veterans Building, echoes the building facade with five sets of glass doors opening to a russet tiled 138-foot long loggia facing City Hall. The 28-foot high ivory and gold leafed ceiling of the room is graced with five 24-lamp chandeliers. Entry alcoves lead to double doors at either end of the room and the north alcove has a built in wet-bar. Originally designed as a lounge for World War I veterans, the room now serves as a performance and reception hall. Several concert and lecture series are held in the Green Room each year, as well as dinners, receptions, fashion shows, recitals, conferences and meetings. The room is also a prime location for fashion photography, video and movie shoots. The main building of Headlands Center for the Arts, 944 Fort Barry, is available to organizations and individuals to rent for meetings, classes, or special events on an hourly or daily basis. It is suitable for retreats, training sessions, weddings and/or parties of up to 200 people. It is an interdisciplinary Artist Residency Program located in the coastal hills of the Marin Headlands by the Pacific Ocean. Building 944, a 1907 former military barracks, has been renovated by major American artists into unique functional spaces that reflect the history and architecture of the structure. It consists of large, open rooms with abundant natural light, maple floors and tin ceilings. Located just 15 minutes north of San Francisco in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area of the Marin Headlands, HCA offers easy access to hiking along coastal trails and beaches, ample parking and overnight accommodations at the nearby Headlands Hostel. Presidio Event Spaces

The Golden Gate Club
Managed by The Golden Gate National Parks Association, it is recently renovated and is in immaculate condition. The Golden Gate Club has several meeting and event rooms. The Main Ballroom has a capacity for a 300 guest reception It has magnificent windows with a wonderful view of the Presidio. The East and West Ballrooms are also available for approximately 150 guests. Tables, chairs and other equipment are available from the facility. The Officers Club
Having only becoming available for events in April 2001, The Officers Club is part of the revitalization of the Presidio. Beautifully refinished hardwood floors complement this historic treasure which has been active since 1846. While having Museum Exhibits, this space managed by the Presido Trust is very well suited for events up to 525 guests. The site is located in the heart of the Presidio and is worth viewing. The Log Cabin
The Log Cabin is truly a Log Cabin but is more of a building. It is located on a beautiful setting with views of San Francisco and has outdoor space also. A great locations for barbecues. The space can hold 180 guests for a seated reception and represents the old Presidio well. A unique space with a wonderful dance floor. Another Presidio treasure. The Glass Palace
This Space is a warehouse type space which is ideal for receptions of over 500 to 1,800 guests. It overlooks Crissy Field and has many windows to enhance the view.
