Depending on the space available and the dimensions of the space, the décor treatment will consist of either: a large leafless trees enhanced with hanging votive candles, webbing and other such materials will be used to create an eerie backdrop for this station reminiscent of the Forbidden Forest. The trees will also feature a tiny a toy car as a nod to the Weasley's enchanted muggle-car and a representation of a black dog, the form Sirius Black takes when he wants to roam undetected. OR... a large aged window pane enhanced with shredded black gauze which will wave gently with the aid of a hidden fan. A creepy hand will be jutting out of the window. Tabletop food service equipment will consist of elements such as wrought iron plate stands, black lacquer and smoked octagon trays. Waiters will be dressed in black attire with silver accents. Wait staff can also wear hooded shirts; dementor- style. The menu at this station will consist of savory and sweet offerings: Black Wraps Black Olive Tortillas with the following fillings: Turkey, American Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato Flank Steak, Jack Cheese and Caramelized Onions Portobello Mushroom, Sun dried Tomatoes and Smoked Mozzarella Blackened Chicken Tenders with Three Olive Aioli (grayish) Individual Savory Popovers Trumpet Mushrooms and Gruyere Poppers Animagi Cookies shaped Cookies frosted with Black and Grey Icing with Red Eyes Crooshank the Cat Scabbers the Rat Sirius the Dog Forbidden Forest Cakes individual Black Forest Brownie Cakes Dementor's Breath Black and Grey Web Cotton Candy The Quiddich Fields Think the ultimate wizard tailgate party...Goal posts modeled after Quidditch posts will be positioned behind this fun food station. The staff will wear rugby shirts in the Gryffindor colors of maroon and gold. A number of brooms will be suspended around and on the food station. Green astro turf will be used to dress the station. Dementors have a cold heart and the reason is simple: they love snow cones, of course! Guests can enjoy a signature Azkaban snow cone. The beverage bar will be decorated with black and white stripped linen. Bar tenders will be shackled with balls and chains and dressed as Azkaban prisoners. The magic elixirs served from the bar will be served in glowing cups for an added touch of fun.
